Brexiteers fighting the metric system, one street at a time

It's not everyday that you follow the works of an organisation such as 'Active Resistance to Metrication', but that is exactly what I did a few weeks ago!

During an assignment for AFP I followed the intriguing secretary Tony Bennett around east England. He was a welcoming man, with whom I had very

interesting conversations about the European Union, the Nazis, William Penn and how many millimetres are inside an inch.

Below is a selection of this peculiar feature and here is the written story by AFP reporter Alice RITCHIE.
Enjoy!

On my way home (OMWH) - 2016-06-03

Five frames on my way home.

Thousands join the demonstration in solidarity with Ferguson at the heart of London

After yesterday's tweet went viral (and generated a bit of controversy), here are more images of the demonstration from the US Embassy to Piccadilly Circus.
The protest started at 7pm (after a small gathering at 6pm). It was small in the beginning but grew exponentially soon after.
